Manufacturing procedure
1. Mix Glycerin and the gums of phase A until a homogenous paste. Heat water up to 80°C and add the paste.
2. Mix the ingredients of phase B and heat the mixture to 80°C while mixing.
3. Add phase B to phase A while mixing (1000 rpm). Stir 1 minute with Ultra Turrax at 9000 rpm.
4. Add phase C below 40°C while stirring gently. Adjust pH with NaOH or Citric acid up to pH 5-6.

Ingredients
Jolee 7931 is an excellent Oil-in-Water co-emulsifier.
Jolee 7750 and Jolee 7202 are light silicone-like emollients that give a velvet effect to the skin.
