Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water in the main beaker. Mix Glycerin and Fucocert until a homogenous paste is obtained. Add the paste to water under stirring (400 rpm). Sprinkle Carbopol under high mixing (800 rpm) until nicely dispersed.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one, mix until a clear solution is obtained. Add phase B to A slowly under high stirring with Turrax during 30 seconds.
3. Neutralize Carbopol with NaOH (pH: 5-6).
4. Observe multiple emulsion with microscope. If ok, premix perfume with Menthol before adding and add the ingredients of phase C to the cream. Adjust pH to 5-6.

Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a silky effect to the skin.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a velvet effect to the skin.
