Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh all ingredients in Phase A and B in separate beakers and heat to 80°C.
2. Once the temperature reached 80°C, add phase A to B.
3. Pass through Ultra Turrax for 2 minutes at 10000rpm.
4. Let the blend cool down to 40°C and the mixture of C followed by D.
5. Pass through Ultra Turrax for 5 minutes at 10000rpm until homogenous cream observed.

Ingredients
Glycerine 4811 is a good humectant.
Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Radia 7373 and Jolee 7181 are protective emollients with film forming properties.
Radia 7744 an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Jolee 7786 is a light emollient with excellent cleansing properties.
Lucee Oil Apricot RBDW (6747) is a light emollient.
Radiastar 1436 is an excellent nourishing emollient.
Lucee Btr Sheanut RBD (6707) is a buttery emollient.
