Manufacturing procedure

  1. Weigh water, glycerin and propylene glycol in the main beaker. Sprinkle Pemulen TR-2 and Aristoflex AVC under medium stirring. Heat Phase A to 80°C.
  2. Weigh all ingredients of phase B and heat at 80°C until a homogeneous solution is obtained and add phase B to A under high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
  3. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add phase C below 40°C. Adjust pH between 5-6.

Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7214 is a good UV filters solubilizer.
Jolee 7185 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Radiamuls 2248K is a natural Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
LUCEE Oil Sunflower is a natural oil, rich in vitamin E.
