Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh all the ingredients of phase A and heat up to 80°C.
2. Once the ingredients are melted, keep stirring at 500 rpm until temperature reaches 60°C.
3. Premix ingredients of phase B and add to phase A at 60°C. Stir while cooling down to room temperature.

Properties
Gelled sunscreen oil, close to orange marmalade texture and odor.
Assessment
Jelly suncreen with SPF40 with a nice oily spread and soft touch.
Ingredients
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Jolee 7202 is a low viscous emollient with silicone-like skin feeling. This product has excellent UV-filter solubilization properties.
