Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh all the ingredients of phase A and heat up to 90-95°C.
2. Once the ingredients are melted, keep stirring at 500 rpm until temperature reaches 70°C.
3. Premix ingredients of phase B and add to phase A at 70°C.
4. Pour quickly the mixture into the appropriate container and let it cool down to form the solid sunscreen stick.

Properties
Stick with viscosity > 100000 mPa.s at RT.
Assessment
The stick gives good pay off with nice and soft spreading on the skin.
Ingredients
Radia 7799 functions as oil thickening and rheological modifier.
Jolee 7202 is a low viscous emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
Radia 7336 gives the skin a soft and smooth appearance.
Lucee Oil Sunflower RBDW KH (6235K) acts as lubricant on the skin surface.
