Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh all phase A ingredients in a beaker and heat to 80°C until a clear solution is obtained.
2. Homogenize the xanthan gum with water in a separate beaker before adding titanium dioxide slowly. Heat to 80°C.
3. Add Phase A into Phase B slowly while homogenizing for 10 minutes.
4. Allow the emulsion to cool down to room temperature under slow stirring.
5. Add phase C when emulsion is approximately 40˚C.

Jolee 7202 is a low viscous emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
Jolee 7777 is a liquid PEG-free emulsifier package to formulate multiple emulsions.
