Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water in the main beaker and under medium agitation sprinkle in the Pemulen TR-2. Neutralize until pH 6-7. Heat to 80°C. Add 7931.
2. Weigh phase B ingredients in a separate beaker and heat to 80°C.
3. Add phase B to phase A with mixing and turrax, at 9000 rpm. Cool to 40 °C with emulsifier on.
4. At 40°C, Add phase C ingredients and emulsify.
5. Add Tinosorb M and emulsify.

Thin and light emulsion, good spreading on skin, nice skin-feel.
Ingredients
Jolee 7202 is an excellent UV filter solubilizer.
Radianol 4710 is a good humectant.
Jolee 7931 is a cold process Oil-in-Water co-emulsifier.
