Manufacturing procedure
1. Add in all the ingredients in A one by one and heat to 80°C.
2. Once the ingredients are melted, keep stirring at 500rpm until it reaches about 50°C.
3. Add phase B into phase A and let the mixture cool down. Pour into the container at about 40°C.

Viscosity: Solid > 100000 mPa.s at RT
Assessment
Good pay off, good spreading on skin, nice feel.
Ingredients
Jolee 7202 is a light emollient with a silicone-like feel.
Radia 7799 is an oil thickening agent which forms transparent oil gels.
