Manufacturing procedure
1. Prepare the ingredients of phase A in a beaker. Heat to 90ºC in a water bath. Keep at 70ºC after the ingredients have melted.
2. Prepare the ingredients of phase B in another beaker. Heat to 70ºC in a water bath.
3. Mix the ingredients of phase A and B at 70ºC. Stir at 1500 rpm until a uniform mixture is formed.
4. At 60ºC, add the ingredients of phase C. Stir uniformly and pour into container and allow to cool.

Ingredients
Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Radia 7722 is an emollient with good spreading.
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Radiastar 1436 is an emollient that aids in nice structuring of stick without compromising the sensorial aspect.
