Manufacturing procedure
1. Prepare ingredients in Phase A, B and C in a separate beaker. Heat to 80ºC in a water bath condition.
2. Homogenize ingredients of Phase A into beaker of ingredients in Phase B with Ultra turrax at 5500rpm for 10 minutes.
3. Homogenize ingredients of Phase C into beaker of ingredients in A+B with Ultra turra at reduced speed to 5000rpm for another 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, change into spindle stirrer at 1200rpm. When temperature is reached to 40ºC, add ingredients in Phase D. Stir uniformly and cool down. Check pH, adjust if there is a necessity.

Radiamuls SL 2990C is an Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7214 is a UV Filter solubilizer and SPF booster.
