Manufacturing procedure
1. Prepare ingredients in Phase A in a separate beaker. Heat to 90ºC in a water bath condition. After melt keep at 70ºC.
2. Prepare ingredients in Phase B in a separate beaker. Heat to 70ºC in a water bath condition.
3. Mix ingredients in Phase A and B at 70ºC. Stir at 1500rpm until uniform mixture is formed.
4. Stir until temperature lowers to 60ºC, add ingredients in Phase C. Stir uniformly and pour into container and cool down.

Radia 7722 is an emollient with good spreading.
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Jolee 7202 is a UV Filter solubilizer and SPF booster
Radiastar 1436 is an emollient that aids in nice structuring of stick without compromising the sensorial aspect.
