Almond Oil

An excellent emollient, Almond Oil can help balance moisture loss in the skin. It is rich in vitamins A, B1, B6, and E, and an ideal carrier oil with great shelf life. Almond Oil has a fine texture that is non-greasy and easily absorbed - leaving skin soft and satiny smooth. This potent solution can calm skin irritation and is ideal in formulations that target dry and sun-damaged skin and hair, moisturizing formulations, and therapeutic products, including massage oils.

Apricot Oil

This mild natural oil is light in color with a pleasant nutty odor. Apricot Oil is rich in essential fatty acids like oleic and linoleic acid and high in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, B17, and E. As an ingredient in formulations, it can assist in retaining skin elasticity, clarity, and suppleness, helping calm inflammation/irritation of eczema and dermatitis. It is a natural choice in the formulation of creams, balms, lotions, baby products, hair treatments, and shampoos.

Avocado Oil

Unrefined Avocado Oil is deep green and contains a high percentage of vitamin E, potassium, lecithin, and other nutrients that actively nourish and moisturize itchy and chapped skin while replenishing dry skin with an elasticizing effect. High in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents, and oleic acid, Avocado Oil can promote collagen production and skin regrowth. Its nourishing nutrients make Avocado Oil a valuable addition to all skin and beauty products.

Coconut Oil

Rich in natural antioxidants, vitamin E, and medium chain triglycerides, with 92% saturated fatty acids, 6% monounsaturated fatty acids, and 2% polyunsaturated fatty acids, Coconut Oil helps bolster the skin’s protective barrier layer, trapping moisture and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Coconut Oil also boosts collagen production, penetrating deep into skin layers, and helps to retain elasticity and glow. It is a natural anti-aging treatment that rejuvenates and repairs - ideal for formulating tanning oil, skin and body lotions, massage oil, hair shampoos and conditioners, skin ointments, and creams.

Grapeseed Oil

This lightweight oil is non-comedogenic, making it suitable for most skin types including sensitive and acne-prone skin. It features a high percentage of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties and omega fatty acids. Grapeseed Oil is a favorite of personal care formulators and contains the powerful antioxidant proanthocyanin, which can balance skin tone when used consistently. Grapeseed Oil is an excellent choice for simple and effective range expansion and is a stable and versatile oil for use in moisturizers, anti-ageing creams and serums, and specific skin treatment products, such as acne or eczema formulations.

Jojoba Oil

Famed for its hydrating, healing, and multi-faceted properties. Jojoba Oil is a versatile and highly protective oil that nourishes and moisturizes, making it an excellent addition to skincare and hair care product formulations. The oil has several anti-inflammatory properties, keeping the skin soft, calm, and comfortable while vitamin B-complex helps to protect and repair the skin barrier. The oil also contains Gadoleic Acid, a known non-comedogenic, which does not clog the skin’s pores, allowing the free flow of oxygen. The wax esters found in Jojoba Oil are similar to sebum produced in the skin. Recent studies suggest that Jojoba Oil may have additional anti-bacterial and anti-viral qualities. It is ideal for use in moisturizers and lotions, skin care products, shampoo and conditioners, cosmetic applications, and after sun care products.

Rosehip Oil

One of the most sought-after ingredients available to personal care product developers, Rosehip Oil is extremely versatile with a unique combination of nutrients, including linoleic and alpha-linolenic fatty acids. These mark Rosehip Oil as an excellent choice for moisturizing and hydrating skin care applications. Rosehip Oil is naturally rich in vitamin A, with mild anti-inflammatory and skin healing properties, while nutrients help to boost the production of collagen – supporting skin elasticity and firmness. Rosehip Oil is useful in formulations that treat pigmentation, signs of aging, scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, and stretching. It is a popular ingredient choice in moisturizers, toners and exfoliators, massage and therapeutic lotions, hair care, shampoos, conditioners, serums, and sun care formulations.

Shea Butter

A complex and utterly unique natural substance Shea Butter is high in potassium, magnesium, and protein, essential fatty acid triglycerides, including stearic, linoleic, palmitic, and oleic acids. It also contains sterols and phenols. Research has highlighted additional benefits of Shea Butter including its anti-inflammatory effect. It also acts as an antioxidant with prominent levels of tocopherol and polyphenol making it an ideal ingredient in cosmetic applications. Ideally used for the formulation of therapeutic products, moisturizers, and soap and the treatment and relief of dry and cracked skin, sunburn, blemishes, stretchmarks, and dermatitis.

Macadamia Oil

Macadamia Oil contains extremely prominent levels of oleic, linoleic, and palmitoleic acid making it very beneficial when used in hair products to reduce dryness while phytosterols reduce inflammation and can reduce and ease the effects of eczema and psoriasis. In addition, squalene and palmitoleic assist in preventing the premature formation of wrinkles and boost skin keratinocytes. Other benefits include reducing trans-epidermal water loss and intense hydrating properties. It is useful for developing moisturizers for dry and mature skin as well as lip balms and eye creams.
