What is your position?
I am the sales manager of Oleon China, Health & Beauty Division.
What do you like most in your job?
It’s quite the challenge to bring the natural chemistry of Oleon to the fast-growing market of China. I am happy being the bridge between China and Oleon's further steps in terms of globalization.
What’s your favorite product in Oleon’s portfolio?
It’s MCT 7104, which is 100% natural and widely used in different kinds of formulations. It is a classical and functional ester, behaving extraordinarily in ordinary situations.
What is important to you in your contact with customers?
Sincerity and enthusiasm are the most important things for me when I'm in contact with customers.

When and why did you join Oleon?
I joined the 1st of June 2013. When I joined, Oleon was a leading oleochemical producer in Europe. What I also like is that Oleon is very human-oriented and has the ambition to be a global leading oleochemical producer.
What’s your background?
I studied Applied chemistry, in which I obtained my Master's degree at Jiangnan University.

I think of myself as self-motivated, eager to learn, and influential.
What do you do in your free time ?
I like football, basketball and running. Besides that I like to stay with my family to enjoy the weekend.
