The molecular weight method was used to quantify the degree of natural origin in the ingredient.
Jolee 7750 (INCI: Isoamyl laurate) is fully based on renewable raw materials. Isoamyl alcohol is produced from fusel oil made from wheat, sugar cane and/or sugar beet, which is a by-product in the bio-ethanol industry and thus contributes to the waste reduction of our planet. Lauric acid is produced from palm kernel oil.
As member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Jolee 7750 is standardly offered as RPSO Mass Balanced grade.
